FUNDING APPLICATION

Applications for funding must be presented to the Idalia Vision Foundation board at our monthly meeting. The applicant will explain to the board the purpose of the project. Upon completion of the project, the applicant will give a detailed report to the board.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS

Scholarship applications are available for graduating high school students as well as those currently enrolled in a college or university.  The complete application packet must be postmarked no later than April 1st. Please click the correct button below to download the application.
